Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, technically strong, and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage a team of 12 sales professionals and drive business growth across multiple industrial product verticals.
The candidate should possess strong leadership capability, industrial sales experience, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12 sales engineers/executives
- Achieve annual sales and growth targets
- Develop new customers and expand existing key accounts
- Drive business growth across industrial product divisions
- Monitor sales pipeline, enquiries, conversions, and collections
- Conduct regular sales reviews and team performance monitoring
- Coordinate with inside sales, service, stores, and accounts departments
- Build strong relationships with industrial customers and OEMs
- Promote solution-based and value-added selling approach
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Electrical preferred
- 5–8 years experience in industrial sales
- Minimum 2 years team handling experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical sales background mandatory
- Good understanding of industrial products and applications
- Ability to handle industrial customers independently
