Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Sales Assistant. The candidate should be fluent in English, have good people skills, and be able to understand and explain product details effectively to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with billing, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and cleanliness.
- Support the team in meeting monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in showroom or retail sales preferred.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
- Presentable, energetic, and eager to learn about products.
