Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary:
An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial data, analyzing financial information, and assisting management in making informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
