Job Description:
PixelMark Digital is looking for a creative, confident, and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, boosting, targeting, performance tracking)
- Conduct online meetings with local and international clients
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable marketing strategies
- Create monthly performance reports and customized client reports
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for high-quality creatives
- Suggest ideas for reels, campaigns, and video shoots
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when required
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Strong fluent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Confidence in handling client meetings independently
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving ability
- Good team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Understanding of video content strategy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
