Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the US PPC travel sales team
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Handle team monitoring, productivity, and performance management
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members for better conversions
- Ensure excellent customer handling and sales closing
- Monitor call quality, KPIs, and daily sales reports
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and team efficiency
- Coordinate with operations and management for smooth process flow
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in US Travel Sales process
- Prior experience in handling a sales team is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of PPC calls and flight booking sales
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
