About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on HR & Admin Generalist to join our Chennai office. This role is ideal for an HR professional from the IT industry who has strong experience in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, and office administration across locations.
The ideal candidate should have worked in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced IT environment and be comfortable independently handling operational HR responsibilities while ensuring smooth employee and office operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Mandatory experience working in the IT industry (4-5 Years)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- HR operations
- Attendance & leave management
- Payroll coordination
- Employee lifecycle management
- HRMS platforms
- Good understanding of payroll inputs and coordination across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee records management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently manage operational HR responsibilities with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
