Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate who has experience in IT services, digital solutions, or E-Governance-related business development. The ideal candidate should understand how to identify opportunities, approach potential clients, build relationships, and pitch service-based solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Explore leads from IT, institutional, government, E-Governance, and business sectors
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in an IT company, digital solutions company, or E-Governance-related domain
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT services, digital solutions, or technology-driven offerings
- Ability to handle client interactions and close deals independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or service-based business development
- Exposure to E-Governance, government projects, institutional sales, or IT solution sales
- Basic understanding of digital transformation, web solutions, or technology services
