As a Customer Service/Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You’ll support customers on ERP/CRM systems, proactively follow up on sales leads, generate leads from tele calling or street calling and build lasting relationships through regular outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support on ERP/CRM
- Lead Generation/Follow-Up
- Review incoming leads daily and prioritize based on predefined criteria
- Conduct timely outreach via phone, email, or chat to qualify prospects
- Document all interactions and next steps in the CRM
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Schedule and perform regular check-ins with existing customers
- Address questions, concerns, or feedback and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and hand off qualified leads to Sales
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead status, customer touchpoints, and follow-up success rates
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., response time, conversion rate) and suggest process improvements
- Collaboration
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Share customer insights and patterns to inform product enhancements and marketing campaigns
