Position
: BIM Modeler (2 Year Experience in BIM Industry)
- Strong Revit skill to prepare & manage BIM Models of all disciplines.
- Visualize & Develop Architectural Concepts
- Prepared shop drawings as per project requirements using Revit Software
- Create Floor Plans, Sections, Elevation Drawing (GFC Set) using Revit Software
- Create Construction documents & Working Drawing as per firm & project standards.
- Understand Design changes & incorporate it in Revit Software to Update Model & relevant Construction drawing with in Time.
- Work up to LOD 450
- Coordination & Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Create Revit Families as per project requirements & detailing
- Parametric modeling, creating complex forms for analysis
- Knowledge of all MEP systems (HVAC/Electrical/Water supply/drainage/Fire Fighting system)
- Creation of Plumbing, HVAC, Fire fighting, electrical water supply models
- Conduct clash detection analysis, prepare clash detection report & resolve them using Navisworks
- Extract Quantity, Material Takeoff & Schedules as per project requirements.
Softwar:
- Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Lumion
- Hands-on experience of Project work on ACC platform
Skill:
- Proactive and attentive to understanding changes & implementation it.
- Strong time management & communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
