- Team Management & Training: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives. Conduct daily morning huddles, set individual targets, and provide training on product knowledge and objection handling.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee daily sales activities, including walk-ins, test drives, and follow-ups via the Dealer Management System (DMS). Assist team members in closing high-value deals and complex customer negotiations.
Pay: ₹14,466.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month
