Position : Computer Operator
Location : Jewellery Store
Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on knowledge and experience)
Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Job Description:
1. Enter daily sales, purchase, and stock details accurately into the computer system.
2. Generate invoices, bills, and other required documents.
3. Maintain customer and product records in the software.
4. Update inventory and stock movement on a regular basis.
5. Ensure accurate data entry with minimal errors.
6. Assist in preparing daily and monthly sales reports.
7. Coordinate with the sales team for billing and documentation.
8. Handle basic computer operations, printing, scanning, and filing.
9. Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
10. Perform other computer-related and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
1. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are essential.
2. Familiarity with MS Excel, billing software, or jewellery software will be an added advantage.
3. Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
4. Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
