Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive who can independently meet clients, understand their requirements, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in field sales, and knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective clients and conduct face-to-face meetings.
- Present and explain the company's services and offerings to clients.
- Understand client requirements and collect necessary project information.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify government tender opportunities through the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids and manage the complete bidding process.
- Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with GeM bidding and government procurement processes.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation.
- Existing professional network and client relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
