Job Description
As an junior accountant you will be overlooking the finance & accounts vertical along with the team of consultants associated with the company under the stewardship of the accounts manager. Primary responsibilities of the position entail:
1. Maintaining & Assessing day to day bills, vouchers, deeds, papers in files.
2. Bank balance updates & bank reconciliation statements
3. Co-ordinating with banks / clients & professionals
4. Handling petty cash balances & cash payables
5. Regular Tally Entries (Recognizing all receipts & payments)
6. Preparing invoices, vouchers & outstanding bills reconciliation
7. Accounts administrative work & co-ordination with the accounts manager
8. Preparing Statutory Compliances Challans ( GST / TDS / PT, Etc)
9. Tracking & Updating companies loan balances & reconciling
10. Tracking & Payments of LIC / Insurance / Bills / Statutory Dues, Etc.
11. Developing Banking Relations, Optimizing Credit Facilities and minimizing Finance Costs
13. Work with the accounts manager to improve accounting reporting efficiency
14. Preparing monthly MIS & reporting to the Management
15. Purchase & Sales Vouchers for projects & their follow up
Education Qualification: B.COM / M.COM
Proficient Skills: Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office
Work Experience: 3 Years+ in the field of Finance & Accounting
Monthly Compensation Range: 16,000/- to 21,000/- Per Month

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
