Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with knowledge of gemstones to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a basic understanding of gemstones, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right products while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gemstones based on their requirements and preferences.
- Explain gemstone features, quality, origin, and pricing to customers.
- Generate sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on gemstone trends, pricing, and market demand.
- Ensure a professional and exceptional customer experience.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of gemstones (precious and semi-precious).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, and email).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in gemstone sales, jewellery sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with good gemstone knowledge and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
