We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, prospecting decision-makers, and scheduling product demos for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through multiple channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies.
- Schedule qualified demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Conduct prospect research using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Yelp, company databases, and other lead sources.
- Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of lead generation experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Strong experience with email marketing and outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
- Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting.
- Experience sourcing leads through Google, Yelp, directories, and other online platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
