As we continue expanding across India and the GCC, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to support our enterprise sales team in building relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and strengthening our market presence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to support our sales team by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, engaging prospective customers, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
This is primarily an inside sales role based in Hyderabad. Travel will be required only to support company exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Research pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, CMOs, healthcare organizations, and other target customers.

Identify and maintain a database of key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors, IT Heads, Regulatory Affairs Heads, Supply Chain Heads, Quality Heads, and Plant Heads.

Gather company intelligence to support customer meetings.

Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Execute personalized email campaigns.

Engage customers through LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.

Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.

Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations.

Coordinate calendars and meeting confirmations.

Maintain regular follow-ups until meetings are completed.

Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

Assist in preparing customer meeting briefs and presentation material.

Support the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Update prospect and customer interactions.

Track outreach activities and follow-up schedules.

Prepare weekly activity reports and pipeline updates.

Support the team during trade shows, pharma exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and webinars.

Invite prospective customers and coordinate customer meetings.

Manage booth visitors, collect and qualify leads, and conduct post-event follow-ups.

Essential: Bachelor's Degree in B.Pharm, B.Tech / B.E., B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or any equivalent bachelor's degree.

Preferred: MBA (Marketing), MBA (International Business), MBA (Healthcare Management), MBA (Pharmaceutical Management), or PGDM (Marketing). Candidates with a technical degree combined with an MBA will be preferred.

Required: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales Support, Lead Generation, or Customer Engagement.

Preferred Industry Experience: Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Enterprise SaaS, ERP, or Manufacturing Software.

Highly Preferred: Knowledge of one or more Indian regional languages is a strong advantage (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, or Odia).
