Job Location:- Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Salary:-12k to 15K+incentives.
No. of Position:- 2
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from potential buyers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and
timeline Share project details, pricing, and offers with prospective clients.
‣ Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them.
‣ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback.
‣ Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
‣ Understanding of real estate projects and terminology. We are looking fresher.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good follow-up and relationship.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
