Job Purpose
The Area Manager (AM) ensures operational excellence, sales growth, customer delight, and
cost optimization across multiple Cutie Pie outlets. This role is pivotal in building strong store
teams, safeguarding brand standards, and ensuring sustainable business expansion as the
company scales from regional presence to a Pan-India footprint.
