Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage front desk and maintain visitor records
- Handle emails, courier services, and office supplies
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and well-organized
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
