Within the GCS Cross-Business Growth (CBG) – Central team, we collaborate closely with Global and Member Firm (MF) leaders to ignite MDM and AIO growth. Overview of the role
As a Senior Consultant / Consultant within the Global GCS Operate team, you will be a critical enabler of our strategic agenda. This role goes beyond traditional PMO support; you will be instrumental in accelerating the execution of our FY27 Market Activation Plays and driving high-impact strategic projects. You will simplify and streamline our operations, from executive and financial reporting to orchestrating key meetings, ensuring our global leadership has the insights and support needed to thrive. Work you’ll do
You will work collaboratively with our India-based colleagues and senior leaders across the Global Consulting Services practice. Your mission will be to continue to develop a deep understanding of the firm’s Consulting Services Operate business and strategic priorities, translating this knowledge into a compelling narrative, actionable insights, trend analyses, and timely escalation of critical issues.
The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the global firm and Consulting Services & Operate leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.

Analyse complex quantitative and qualitative data, synthesise findings, and craft compelling narratives with clear, data-driven recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions.

Contribute to high-visibility projects aligned with the strategic priorities of our global firm and Consulting Services & Operate leadership, often involving cross-functional collaboration.

: Streamline critical operational processes, including executive, operational, and financial reporting (supporting wider CBG also), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Engage with diverse stakeholders across workstreams and geographies, fostering coordination and alignment to achieve shared objectives.

Key responsibilities

: Support the GCS Operate team in executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across Deloitte businesses and offerings, bringing new Operate growth solutions to market
- Collaborate with Deloitte leaders to formulate unified strategies that provide a competitive edge for Member Firms and Geographies.

Work with diverse stakeholders to develop and refine GTM approaches for priority focus areas, ensuring successful market penetration.

Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses using advanced tech-enabled tools to uncover deep insights and deliver actionable recommendations.

Own end-to-end budget oversight — tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and implementing robust program management tools and processes that enable efficient reporting and progress tracking.

Support the global communication of our story to client teams and the Analyst Relations Community, enhancing our brand and market perception.

Apply a strategic mindset and structured problem-solving approach, driven by intellectual curiosity, to navigate complex challenges.

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We seek an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated individual who excels both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA).
- Work Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy roles.
- Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across diverse geographies and time zones.
- Work Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM OR 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (flexibility with time zones is expected).
- Hybrid Working: Expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week as per the 'work from office' schedule.
