Odoo Operator / MIS Executive – Furniture Store
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing inventory, sales orders, billing, and reporting in Odoo, ensuring all store operations are accurately updated and tracked in real-time.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock in Odoo (sofas, beds, tables, décor)
- Update inward/outward stock daily
- Track damaged / returned items
- Monitor low stock & reorder levels
2. Sales & Order Processing
- Create quotations & sales orders
- Handle custom furniture orders (size, fabric, polish)
- Track order status till delivery
- Coordinate with sales team
3. Billing & Payments
- Generate invoices
- Record payments (cash / bank / UPI)
- Track pending dues
- Coordinate with accounts
4. Purchase Management
- Create purchase orders (POs)
- Follow up with vendors
- Update purchase entries in system
5. Reporting
- Daily reports:
- Sales
- Stock
- Pending orders
- Identify fast/slow moving items
6. Coordination
- Work with showroom + warehouse team
- Match physical stock vs system stock
- Ensure timely delivery coordination
7. System Discipline
- Ensure all entries are updated same day
- Maintain clean & error-free data
- Coordinate with software team if needed
Requirements
- Experience in Odoo / ERP (preferred)
- Good computer + Excel knowledge
- Basic accounting understanding
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Experience in retail / furniture is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
