We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled D365 F&O Technical Lead/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on development expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of D365 F&O technical architecture, development best practices, integration patterns, and performance optimization. You will play a crucial role in designing robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O extensibility, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Perform hands-on development in X++, .NET, and other relevant technologies to build and enhance D365 F&O functionalities.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality and performance of technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement integration solutions between D365 F&O and other enterprise systems using various integration technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Data Management Framework).
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successful transfer from legacy systems to D365 F&O.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system anomalies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest D365 F&O features, updates, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
