Role Overview:
We are seeking for an Analyst - Sales HR Compensation.
The Compensation team develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation programs. This role will work closely with other compensation team members to analyze, administer and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, commission plans and various other programs.
Responsibilities:
- Process commissions for US domestic sales force

Document and maintain compensation guidelines for compensation elements including base pay ranges and variable pay ranges

Review new hire offers and support recruiters in the hiring process

Ensure pay mix and pay equity are aligned by job level

Work with HRBP to ensure plan assignment aligns with role in HRIS

Tracks account assignment of sales reps

Ensures commission data accuracy in Workday

Responsible for cost modeling any sales comp plan changes
-
Provide attainment to Sales Ops team and HRBPs as-needed
-
Work with various stakeholders to improve sales commission processing and any other processes
-
Communicates with sales reps to answer questions as needed
-
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for sales exceptions, plan documents and any other communications related to sales compensation plans and/or commission payments

May assist in supporting international programs as it relates to compensation

May assist in salary survey completion.

Ensure data accuracy in Performio and Workday
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales compensation experience and a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting or a similar function

Strong systems management skills and ability to learn and maintain SaaS systems (Performio used to process commissions)
