Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff performance, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage workforce planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service
- Ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
Financial Management
- Manage restaurant budgets and control operational costs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining and kitchen areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
