Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, creative, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with team, and have experience managing social media platforms while creating engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Write creative captions and content for social media
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and videos
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new ideas
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident personality
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and video editing apps is a plus point
- Creative thinking and trend awareness
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
