Role & responsibilities :
- Connecting with people over phone calls to meet & exceed sales targets
- Generating references from existing customers
- Ensuring communication to all the clients related to the event
- Attending offline events and supporting upsell
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related activities
Preferred candidate profile :
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Capability to build relationships & generate references
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Freshers with good com skill will do.
