Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting chit instalments from customers, maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and supporting branch operations. The candidate should possess good communication skills, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect monthly chit instalments from customers within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely collection of dues and minimize overdue accounts.
- Visit customers as per the collection schedule and maintain cordial relationships.
- Issue receipts and ensure proper handling of cash and digital payment transactions.
- Deposit collected amounts and submit daily collection reports to the Branch Manager.
- Follow up with overdue customers and encourage prompt payment.
- Assist customers with enquiries regarding their chit accounts and payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate collection records and customer information.
- Support branch activities related to customer service and business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in collections, banking, NBFC, microfinance, insurance, or chit funds will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
