About the Role
The People & Brand Associate will support both internal people initiatives and external brand presence for Glück Global. This role combines HR-style engagement with branding and communication, requiring empathy for learners, strong communication skills, creativity in content, ownership of tasks, and adaptability to a fast-paced education and migration environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal people initiatives: employee engagement activities, culture-building events, recognition programs, and internal communication.
- Assist in employer branding: showcase company culture, success stories, and employee journeys on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate content for social media (especially LinkedIn): posts, short videos, photos, testimonials, and event highlights in alignment with the brand.
- Work closely with management and HR to communicate updates, announcements, and internal guidelines in a clear, friendly way.
- Help plan and execute small events and campaigns (webinars, info sessions, internal meets) that strengthen both people culture and brand visibility.
- Collect feedback from students, employees, and partners, and share insights to improve experience and communication.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Maintain basic reports/trackers for initiatives, content calendars, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, employer branding, marketing, content, or similar people/communication-focused roles (motivated freshers with the right skills can also apply).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfort using LinkedIn and social media platforms for professional communication.
- Any graduate discipline; background in HR, media, communications, or marketing is an advantage.
