WE ARE HIRING – ARCHITECT (Construction & Interiors)
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions
* Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, and detailed working drawings
* Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences
* Work closely with interior designers, site engineers, and project teams
* Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
* Ensure designs comply with applicable building standards and regulations
* Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and design documentation
* Support project execution from concept to completion
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
* Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or related design software
* Strong understanding of architectural planning and construction processes
* Ability to prepare detailed drawings and presentations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in residential and interior projects
* Knowledge of materials, space planning, and modern design trends
* Understanding of site execution and project coordination
* Strong visualization and presentation skills
