At TJX India in Hyderabad, you’ll join a high‑growth engineering hub delivering foundational modernization initiatives that shape the future of our global retail platforms. As a Senior .NET 8 / Azure Backend Engineer, you will be a core contributor to the StoreWeb modernization initiative—one of TJX’s most strategic technology investments. You’ll architect and build next‑generation Azure‑native services that replace legacy monoliths with resilient, observable, API‑first cloud systems. This role is highly technical and hands‑on, with significant influence on design patterns, modernization strategy, and platform evolution across teams. Although this role has no direct reports, you will operate as a technical leader whose decisions shape engineering standards and accelerate enterprise transformation.
Engineer resilient systems using retries, timeouts, circuit breakers, bulkheads, and idempotency.
Establish full‑stack observability using App Insights and OpenTelemetry (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerting).
Define health, readiness, diagnostics, SLAs, and SLO standards for modernized services.
Collaborate across platform, data, and integration teams to ensure API stability, backward compatibility, and safe strangler cutovers.
