Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
- Assist in payroll coordination and timely submission of HR inputs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Coordinate with consultants and job portals for hiring requirements.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Eligibility CriteriaEssential
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction industry preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
