Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic e-commerce jewellery sales executive to handle international customers and export jewellery sales. The role involves managing online sales channels, communicating with foreign clients, processing export orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and e-commerce platforms
- Manage export jewellery sales through online marketplaces and company website
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams for order processing, documentation, and shipping
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers and distributors
- Follow up on leads, negotiate prices, and close international sales
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock on e-commerce platforms
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze international sales trends and provide regular sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Business, Commerce, Marketing preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of export sales or international e-commerce is an advantage
- Understanding of jewellery products (gold, silver, diamond, fashion jewellery preferred)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of export documentation is a plus
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and customer-handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
