Vishwa Homes is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for our ongoing residential projects, including Harinivas ,Ananya Homes and Future Projects . The ideal candidate will oversee project budgeting, contract financial management, and departmental filings to ensure all site works remain on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Budgeting & Scheduling: Work closely with project leads like Mr. Murugan to align financial resources with project completion schedules for Harinivas and Ananya Homes.
- Contract & Labor Management: Oversee the financial terms of Contract Labour Work Agreements prepared by the safety and admin teams.
- Procurement Control: Verify material requirement details provided by site supervisors and manage payments to vendors to ensure no workflow delays.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage applications and financial filings for site utilities, such as transformer work and department fees.
- Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain financial records for sales-ready units and oversee the transition of properties to the sales team.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries based on site "Minutes of Meeting" to keep management informed of project cash flow.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, specifically within the construction, civil engineering, or real estate sectors.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Skills: Expertise in construction-specific accounting software, MS Excel, and professional reporting tools.
- Competencies: Strong focus on deadlines, particularly for 30-day and 60-day project cycles (e.g., shuttering and slab work completion).
