Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys at project sites.
- Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for construction activities.
- Perform site setting-out as per approved engineering drawings.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and coordinates before and during construction.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite.
- Prepare survey reports, measurement records, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects, and Consultants regarding survey requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and verify that work is executed according to approved plans.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings or site conditions and report them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all survey data is recorded accurately and maintained for future reference.
- Follow company safety policies and site regulations during survey activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Certification in Surveying is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
