We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and professional Front Office Executive to join our team in Puthole, Thrissur.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office responsibilities efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who can handle visitors, manage calls, coordinate basic office communication, and support day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain front desk operations in an organized and professional manner
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor entries
- Support internal communication and office coordination
- Maintain basic records, registers, and office documents
- Assist management and staff with front office-related tasks
- Ensure the reception and front office area is neat and presentable
- Handle client queries, account opening formalities, and KYC documentation
- Coordinate with back-office, dealers, and relationship managers for seamless operations
- Maintain branch records, visitor logs, and client communication registers
- Support marketing events and investor awareness programmes conducted by the branch
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in front office / receptionist / customer handling / administration will be given preference
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic to good communication skills in English
- Pleasing personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
Multi-Responsibility Role
This is a multi-functional role requiring the candidate to handle front office, administration, client support, documentation, coordination, and branch operational responsibilities as required.
