Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AX/D365 implementations.

Work using Microsoft Life Cycle Services (LCS) methodology.

Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Dynamics AX and D365 F&O, specifically in Project Accounting & Project Management modules.

Lead and support at least five full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics AX/D365.

Conduct client workshops, manage stakeholder communication, and deliver value-added consulting.

Own and drive functional tasks as a Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant.

Act as a functional expert during implementation, support, and upgrade of MS Dynamics accounting and finance systems.

Perform Fit/Gap analysis and collaborate closely with the technical team to define system specifications.

Prepare and execute test cases and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Strong customer interaction and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and as an individual contributor.

Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.

Organized, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

Capable of working independently and handling multiple projects simultaneously without supervision.
