Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with various development tools and technologies related to SAP BTP.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
