We are seeking a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer cum Trainer to design intuitive digital experiences while mentoring aspiring UI/UX professionals. The role involves working on real-world projects, delivering practical training, guiding students through hands-on assignments, and preparing them for industry careers.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct practical UI/UX training sessions covering Figma, Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.
- Mentor students through assignments, live projects, capstone projects, and portfolio development.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback to enhance design skills.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design; training experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
- Good understanding of Design Thinking, User Research, User Flows, and Heuristic Evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies, design tools, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
