About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience generating leads, communicating with international clients, and converting projects for IT and Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Handle client communication through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and smooth handovers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and project status.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development for an IT or Digital Marketing company.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and UI/UX Design.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

- Proposal writing and bidding expertise.
- International client handling experience.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
