We are looking for an experienced Tool Room Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of tooling, dies, fixtures, and CNC programs used in our production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machining processes, CNC programming, AutoCAD, and tool development while leading the tool room team to ensure timely production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the tool room.
- Plan, manufacture, repair, and maintain dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and tooling.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create and optimize CNC machine programs for machining operations.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for new product development.
- Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor tool life and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy through inspection and quality checks.
- Maintain tooling records, drawings, and documentation.
- Train and guide tool room technicians and CNC operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
