We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will be the primary point of contact on the construction site, responsible for managing personnel, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining quality control. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all site personnel, including direct labor and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce all company and regulatory health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by all trades, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary project documentation.
- Order and manage materials and equipment, ensuring their timely delivery and proper utilization on site.
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution among site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
