We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain proper communication with customers
- Update customer data and maintain records
- Follow up with customers when required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
