Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. Located @ Kochi Infopark is looking for an Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. As a Business Analyst Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products/services.

Job Specification

Collect and understand the website, software, and mobile app requirements of clients.
Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and development teams to ensure a comprehensive grasp of client needs.
Work closely with the sales and development teams to create effective solutions for client requirements.
Develop detailed and compelling business proposals aligning with client needs and industry best practices.
Communicate seamlessly through chat, email, and other modes to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Effectively convey technical problems and solutions to clients and team members in a clear and non-technical manner.
Develop comprehensive communication documents, including business project proposals, project statuses, milestones, and user manuals.
Document technical and project information, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
Communicate project expectations clearly to team members.
Provide regular project updates to clients during development phases.
Perform all responsibilities within the guidelines of company policies and directives, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate technical problems and solutions to clients, customers, and personnel in a non-technical manner.

Skill Set

Exceptional written and communication skills. Extremely reliable and detail-oriented personality. Familiarity with common online businesses, popular apps, and their business models. Strong knowledge of Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with graphics design software like Photoshop or similar is preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualification

Preferring candidates with an academic background from CBSE or ICSE boards (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
