Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Redhills, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Experience Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Take Home) + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate and manage customer site visits.
- Explain project details and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builder sales teams, and back-office staff.
- Update and maintain records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth client handling and closures.
- Focus on achieving sales targets through effective lead management and conversion.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and customer handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate Channel Partner sales.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
