We are hiring a qualified and passionate PGT English Teacher for a reputed educational institution in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for senior secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to senior secondary (Classes XI & XII) students.
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students' skills in grammar, literature, writing, reading, and critical thinking.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain academic records.
- Encourage classroom participation and effective communication.
- Support students in improving presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience as a PGT English Teacher is preferred.
