Hiring: Sales Executive — Cement Business
(Onsite + Field)
We are a growing cement supply and distribution business looking for a Sales Executive who can generate business, build strong dealer and contractor relationships, and close deals consistently.
This is not a job for someone who wants to sit in the office all day and wait for orders. We need someone who is comfortable visiting sites, meeting builders, contractors, and dealers, following up persistently, handling rejection, and taking ownership of sales targets.
What We Sell:
- OPC & PPC Cement (bags and bulk)
- Supply to builders, contractors, and retail dealers
- Project-based bulk cement supply
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from builders, contractors, dealers, and construction sites
- Visit sites, dealers, and prospects regularly
- Conduct meetings and negotiate pricing and supply terms
- Follow up with prospects until a clear outcome is reached
- Understand customer requirements (grade, quantity, delivery timeline) and propose the right supply solution
- Build and maintain long-term dealer and contractor relationships
- Maintain CRM and sales records in detail
- Reporting to the Sales Head
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (cement, building materials, or construction industry preferred)
- Good spoken communication in Telugu, Hindi and basic English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with builders, contractors, and decision-makers
- Able to build trust and long-term relationships
- Consistent with follow-ups
- Self-driven and accountable
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel
- Two-wheeler / valid driving license preferred

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary
- Performance Incentives (per-tonne / per-bag based)
Incentive Structure:
- Tiered incentives based on monthly volume and target achievement
