As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks that support strategic business decisions. The position demands active engagement in refining these solutions to enhance decision-making processes and drive meaningful business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of AI/ML frameworks into existing business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong capability in designing and deploying AI and machine learning models tailored to business needs.
- Experience in evaluating the performance and impact of AI-driven solutions to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Familiarity with integrating AI workflows into enterprise environments to enhance operational processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
