Key Responsibility:
- Understand the requirements of the branch and deliver accordingly to reach targets related to: o Lead generation o Walk-in generation o Brand awareness o Promotions, Events & Activities
- Visits to Colleges / Schools / Institutions daily and collects at least 2 to 4 prospects per day.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed according to the plan and collect at least 100 leads
- a week from Offline Marketing
- To collect 2nd, 3rd, and final year Engineering, Pharmacy, Pg / Dg colleges data throughout
- the year. Monthly at least 5000 data is expected to be collected.
- At least 8 - 10 Seminars a month (combination of engineering Plus II, and pharmacy colleges) is
- expected to be conducted at the reporting center.
- Need to ensure that counselor/branch has enough leads/data for reaching the targets
- Need to ensure that enough walk-ins are generated for a counselor/branch to reach targets
- assuming conversion of 50% from walk-in to enrolment.
- Enough leads & walk-ins to be generated course-wise based on the targets assigned to the
- counsellor / branch
- Actively participates in data calls, to generate walk-ins and verify the data quality.
- Constantly should identify innovative ways of Marketing apart from offline, online and
- College Marketing.
- Is not just responsible for lead generation or walk-in generation but works closely with
- counselors by interacting on a daily basis to support the counselors/branch in reaching
- targets
- Should work on increasing the number of leads, walk-ins, and revenue month on month
- Responsible for: o Overall marketing/branding of all Global Tree products/services o Creates new relationships with Colleges and any official body that would increase the revenue for the company o Works on a strategy that would individually support both test prep and admissions, should visit and develop relationships / MOUs with schools and colleges for campus tie-ups. o Works closely with the team / branch to ensure that test prep targets are met and minimum Intake/University wise applications etc achieved with the help of lead
- generation and walk-in generation.
