Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python and modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with the founders to build scalable products from idea to production.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, writes clean code, and loves building products rather than just completing tickets.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
- Build scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute ideas for improving products and development processes.
