1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Conducting initial rounds and coordinating with hiring managers
- Issuing offer letters and completing joining formalities
- Managing employee onboarding and induction programs
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining employee databases and personnel files
- Processing ID cards, appointment letters, experience letters
- Updating attendance, leave records, and HRMS data
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Collecting data for payroll: attendance, leaves, overtime
- Assisting with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Ensuring company policies align with labor laws
4. Employee Relations
- Acting as first point of contact for employee queries
- Handling grievances and escalating issues to HR Manager
- Coordinating engagement activities, events, and surveys
5. Performance & Exit Management
- Supporting performance review cycles and documentation
- Managing exit formalities: resignation, clearance, F&F settlement
- Conducting exit interviews and maintaining reports
6. General Admin
- Drafting HR letters, memos, and policy communications
- Coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance
- Preparing HR reports and MIS for management
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹15,000.00 per month
